FAQs

What comes with our rentals? Every package includes delivery, setup and breakdown of equipment, a fun and friendly Photo Booth attendant, professional quality backdrop, customized template, high end themed props and digital gallery of all photos.
How much space do we need? A 10 x 10 area is plenty of room for our photo booths.
How many photos can we take? As many as you want! We offer unlimited photos for all rentals and unlimited prints with some packages.
What is an audio guestbook? An alternative to your traditional guestbook, your guests leave you messages through the receiver, “hanging up” the phone saves their messages, after the event we send them to you to enjoy forever!
When will you arrive for setup? We will arrive 1-2 hours before the event is set to start to make sure we have plenty of time to setup. We offer idle time for an additional fee if needed.
Can we book for an outdoor event? Sure! A level surface is required for setup and weather must be taken into account. We suggest having an indoor alternative available for unsuitable conditions.
Can you add my logo to our photos? Absolutely! We can add any custom graphic or logo to your pictures.
Is there a travel fee? Any events further than 20 miles may have a travel fee.
How do I book? Fill out our event form and we’ll send you a contract/invoice.
Are you insured? We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) if needed.
What is your payment policy? We require a 50% deposit to hold your date and the balance is due 14 days before your event.
What is your refund policy? If the event is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date, it will result in a refund of everything but the deposit. If event is cancelled within 7 days of the event date there is no refund.
